Shopping Cart 
Once you found what you need for your from the provided supply list or book list, click on "Add to the Cart." Click on "View Cart" to review your order or finalize your purchase. 

Check Out & Credit Card Processing 
If you are a returning customer, we are delighted to have you back, so just enter your email address and password. Otherwise, enter as a new user. You will be asked to provide your shipping address and billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. For your protection, we do not store your credit card information. After you finalize your registration/login, please select a payment method. You will be entering a secure area at Authorize.Net, where you will be prompted for credit card information. For higher security, Authorize.Net will verify billing address you provide with your credit provider. If there is no match, transaction will be rejected by Authorize.Net. We will not be able to process your order, if transaction was rejected. If you have any question, please contact us. 

Payment Types 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. 

Sales Tax 
We are required by state law to charge 7.0% sales tax on orders shipped to FL (Florida). All taxes are automatically computed when you place your order. 

Confirmation 
Once your order has been placed and credit card approved, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Order Cancellation 
All orders are final. However, if you absolutely must cancel your order, please notify us at info@highpointacademy.com immediately. If order has not been shippied, we will issue a refund for the full order amount. 

Back Orders 
If you order an out of stock item, the whole order will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives. However, if you would like to make special arrangements, please let us know us at info@highpointacademy.com. In general, it takes 5-21 days on items to be in stock. 

Returns and Exchanges 
If for some reason you are completely dissatisfied with your whole order or an item, please send it back with a carrier of your choice within 30 days. For complete order returns, we will refund your order total minus any shipping and handling charges. For single item returns, we will refund item cost only. If you would like to replace returned item with another one, please place a new order. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
